Cancellation Policy

Clients are advised to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Please arrive on time and bring a valid ID and laboratory request form, if applicable. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment schedule. Laboratory test results will be released according to the standard processing time of each test. AccessPoint Health Inc. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or medical emergencies.
